What constitutes a Rental Period?

Minimum
Any 4 hour period during store opening hours, except where other minimum is indicated in rate book.

24 Hour Weekdays
Up to 24 Hours from time of pickup. 8 operating hours maximum.

Weekend Rate
Pick up equipment after 11:30 AM Saturday and return it the first hour open Monday morning (or day after legal holiday) for a 24 hour fee. Before 11:30 AM Rate is 1.5 Times 24 hour fee.
Hour Meter Times Do Apply.

Shifts
All rates in this catalog are based on equipment being used on a standard 8 hour per day shift, 40 hours per week, or 160 hours per 4 weeks.

No Free Time
We charge for all time out. Time charge is portal-to-portal. Save money by returning equipment promptly.

Reservations
Any reservation not cancelled 24 hours before scheduled pickup will be charged.

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available. Please call for a quote.

Fuel
All delivered equipment is delivered to you with full fuel tanks. Customer is responsible for all fuel. A $5.00 per gallon fuel fee will be charged if not returned full.

Damage Waiver
A Damage Waiver is charged on all rental equipment unless otherwise specified.

Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee will be assessed on equipment returned excessively dirty.
